This is the root of the Wii U's filesystem. Unlike on the Wii, this directory is entirely virtual; all filesystems, including the main one, are mounted under [[:/vol]]. This is the root of the Wii U's filesystem. Unlike on the Wii, this directory is entirely virtual; all filesystems, including the main one, are mounted under /vol. On the other hand, IOSU devices are still registered in /dev (not something like /vol/dev), which is also completely virtual.
