About the Bank 0 (Wii Bank)
I noticed that the offset 0x024 and 0x028 are reported to be the Console ID and the ECC Private Key by Xyzzy v1.2.1 (the unofficial version). Is the Console ID and the NG ID the same thing as well as the ECC Private Key and NG private key?
I am asking this because I want to recreate a keys.bin[1] file using only a dumped otp.bin file from the Wii U, and the location of the Console ID and ECC Private Key is not listed on the page. --CuriousTommy (talk) 05:35, 18 May 2017 (CEST)
