About the Bank 0 (Wii Bank)

I noticed that the offset 0x024 and 0x028 are reported to be the Console ID and the ECC Private Key by Xyzzy v1.2.1 (the unofficial version). Is the structure of the Wii Bank (Bank 0) identical to the Wii's OTP[1]? --CuriousTommy (talk) 05:35, 18 May 2017 (CEST)
