Nintendo's proprietary online services such as installation downloads and background online services (SpotPass). This uses statically-linked libcurl.

In line with other Nintendo Network related IOS modules (i.e IOS-FPD), IOS-FPD is coded in C++ as opposed to C like the rest of the Kernel.
