About external redirects

External redirects are not supported by MediaWiki; they could pose issues, since if WiiBrew had a page redirecting to WiiUBrew, and that same WiiUBrew page redirected to the original WiiBrew page, the server would be overloaded with requests. This can normally be prevented by anti-double-redirect mechanisms, but those don’t work if the redirect goes to the outside.

Instead, just directly link the whole WiiBrew URL. Yes I know, interwikis would be nice. Hallowizer2 (talk) 02:07, 16 December 2021 (CET)
