I don't think so, since you would need to get a ticket from the eShop, and I would assume that the eShop would prevent you from buying an unreleased title. Feel free to try it though (I would guess you would need a console of the same region (so a Japanese console) with the kernel exploit; I don't know how to do it myself) Zhuowei (talk) 22:14, 19 December 2015 (CET)
