I don't think so, since you would need to get a ticket from the eShop, and I would assume that the eShop would prevent you from buying an unreleased title. Where did you get this title ID from?

A Splatoon title: 00050000-101CDE00, which you added to the title database in this edit. It doesn't appear to be on the CDN. Was it ever on the CDN or did you get the title ID from a disc (it does appear to be used for the metadata on at at least one Splatoon disc)?
