The Error process handles fatal errors thrown by Cafe OS or IOSU, such as "There is a problem with the system memory." This is similar to the ErrDisp process on the 3DS.

The process is responsible for collecting information, creating a crash dump, writing the occurrence to the syslog and displaying an error message onscreen.
